Mission

Seeking Daily Exists to offer Christians a daily devotional which is “outside the box.”

The daily devotions here will encourage you, not only to grow in your walk with God, but also to realize that the places you go everyday, the people you talk to, the news you watch and the people you vote for all live under a king.

Sometimes we obey and sometimes we rebel. Our task is to be loyal subjects of his kingdom. Not a kingdom in the sky, but a kingdom on earth.

Most of what you read about here will focus less on heaven and more on the earth.  Jesus is not coming one day to take us away to be with him.  Rather he is reclaiming his entire creation and bringing it back under its rightful leadership.

We hope that the posts here will encourage you to know the king, to worship him, and to understand that serving him rightly involves more than just prayers and spiritual stuff, but that serving him well means a recognition that you live in his kingdom and everything you do matters.
